The SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination is conducted in two phases:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): This is the first phase of the examination. It consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and is conducted online.

2. Skill Test: This is the second phase for candidates who qualify the CBT. It tests the candidates’ stenography skills.
