TNPSC Group 1 Exam Pattern

Main Written Examination

The main exam consists of three papers: General Studies-I, General Studies-II, and General Studies-III.

General Studies-I: Modern Indian History and Indian Culture, Social Issues in India, Geography of India, Disaster Management, and Environmental Ecology.

General Studies-II: Indian Constitution and Public Administration, Indian Economy, Science and Technology, Tamil Society and its Culture, and Tamil Nadu Administration.

General Studies-III: Aptitude and Mental Ability, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Analysis, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Basic Numeracy and Data Interpretation, and Ethics in Governance and Public Service.

Interview
