LIC ADO Post Selection Process

  3. Interview:
    • Candidates who qualify in the main examination are called for the interview round.
    • In the interview, candidates are evaluated based on their communication skills, knowledge about the insurance sector, general awareness, and overall personality.
    • The interview is typically conducted by a panel of experts.
  4. Document Verification:
    • After the interview round, candidates who are provisionally selected for the ADO post are required to undergo document verification.
    • They need to produce all the necessary documents and certificates to verify their eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, age, etc.
  5. Medical Examination:
    • Finally, candidates who successfully complete the document verification stage may be required to undergo a medical examination.
    • The purpose of the medical examination is to ensure that the candidates are medically fit for the duties associated with the ADO post.
  6. Final Selection:
    • The final selection of candidates is based on their performance in the main examination, interview, document verification, and medical examination.
    • The merit list is prepared, and candidates are offered appointment letters based on their ranking in the merit list and the availability of vacancies.
